Weaving
With state of the art weaving and back processing machines from Japan and European brands, our Weaving facility is equipped with the latest and advanced machinery to produce high-quality fabric. The artisanship and supervision of our highly qualified team enhance the oomph of our operation and the products itself.
Our weaving division houses modern back-process machineries of Warping and Sizing along with subtle range of Dobby, Jacquard, Rapier, and Needle type looms. With the current capacity of 17.5 Million kg per annum, major part of our woven production comes from high speed Air-jet looms. The aesthetics and quality of our diverse product line are fuelled by our expertise in weaving.
Dyeing & Processing
The dyeing & processing division of Premiere 1888 Limited has the yearly capacity of 2 Million Kg and 1.7 Million Kg for fabric and yarn respectively. Our modern processing unit is furnished with high-end equipment with the likes of J-Box Bleaching, Cold Pad batch Dyeing (CPB), Soft Flow Exhaust Dyeing, and Fiber Reactive Printing machine. To give the finishing touch and skin-friendly feel to our terry products, we have set up the world class Tumble Dryers of Italian brand following our wet processing amenity.
Under the supervision of highly qualified professionals, the chemicals used in our wet processing zone are certified by REACH and Oeko-Tex. We relentlessly work to maintain core characteristics of towel such as color matching and fastness, fabric softness, and absorbency. In parallel, our dedicated QA team evaluates the overall operation and ensure product quality to meet customer standards.
Cut & Sew
Comprising from semi-automated cutting to automate slitting, long-hemming, ribboning, and auto-trimmer sewing machines, Premier 1888 Limited has a fully compliant stitching floor.
Our vast variety of product range includes Baby Hood, Bathrobe, Healthcare Drapes, Surgical Gown, and Scrub. The strict quality standards assure durable stitching characteristics that withstand numerous washes and provide ultimate comfort to our customers.
Our advanced machineries are equipped with auto label attachment and label cutting mechanism. A safe flow of production is always ensured via metal detectors leading to metal-free zone before the product is finally declared fit for packaging.

We regard our employees as the most valued asset, their safety is our priority. From the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) in the work field to the workplace practices, we ensure an environment which is right and proper for their physical and mental health. With the regular Fire-fighting trainings provided, our employees are well-prepared and conscientious on how to act in case of any unforeseen situation.
Proficient Fire Fighting Teams and availability of all the necessary equipment and safety tools on the worksite including Fire alarms, Smoke detectors, Fire Hydrants and Fire Extinguishers are the primitive measures to cope up with uncertainty.

Laboratory
Equipped with the latest technology and advanced testing machines, our laboratory is certified from the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB), making it reliable and the finest amongst our contemporaries. The amalgamation of tools and technology with the expertise of our dedicated team ensures qualitative outcome: from Test to Testimony.
Printing
With our highly efficient and modern machines we create the magic of prints and patterns. From subtle hues to vivid designs and bold patterns, we offer a wide range of printed terry products complying with the esthetical and qualitative requirements of our valued customers.
